1. Zero leakage design: The diaphragm compressor adopts a metal diaphragm to completely isolate the compressed gas from the hydraulic oil, avoiding lubricating oil pollution and ensuring the purity of CO2 after compression.

Single stage high-pressure capability: By driving the diaphragm back and forth through hydraulic pressure, single-stage compression can achieve high pressure (usually up to 20-50MPa, special designs can reach over 100MPa), suitable for the demand of CO2 supercritical state (critical pressure 7.39MPa).
3. Built in cooling channel: The compressor head is usually integrated with a water or air cooling system to control the heat generated during the compression process, avoiding high-temperature decomposition of CO2 or overheating of the diaphragm. The diaphragm type has high isentropic efficiency and lower exhaust temperature, making it suitable for temperature sensitive applications.
4. Corrosion resistant design: In response to the possible carbonation corrosion caused by CO2, key components are coated or made of acid resistant materials (such as 316L stainless steel).
5. Hydraulic system stability: The hydraulic oil circuit is designed with precision, and the pressure balancing system reduces membrane stress and extends the life of core components.
