Characteristics of compressor

1.The outlet of each stage of the compressor is equipped with an air-cooled cooler, a safety valve, an air-water separator, an activated carbon filter, and an automatic sewage system. All internal piping and connections are factory installed for easy on-site installation.

2.Advanced oil and gas separation and filtration system, including centrifugal separation and high-precision filter between compressor stages, regular automatic discharge can remove oil and water in the air between compression stages and ensure the normal operation of the compressor.

3.The compressors are equipped with pressure relief valves at all levels to provide all-round safety protection.

4.Automatic pressure relief and restart to ensure no-load start of the compressor;

5.An air filter is installed at the inlet, and a pressure maintenance valve is installed in front of the outlet, which opens automatically at about 10Mpa, so that the compressed air ensures that the enhanced filter filling pump has been filled with lubricating oil and has passed the operation test of the whole machine;

6.Advanced design of less oil-lubricated cylinder, the cylinder, valve and piston ring can run for a long time without failure;

7.Many components of the compressor are standardized to the greatest extent, reducing the inventory of spare parts for users;

8.The compressor is equipped with a breathing air filter, which adopts a triple filtration system composed of activated carbon, molecular sieve and carbon monoxide adsorbent to ensure that the filtered compressed air meets the EN12021 breathing air standard;
