Technical Characteristics of Hydrogen Diaphragm Compressors:
The Hydrogen Diaphragm Compressor is a high-pressure, pollution-free equipment designed specifically for hydrogen compression. It is driven by hydraulic oil to reciprocate the diaphragm and compress hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas is completely isolated from the oil circuit to avoid pollution and achieve 100% pure hydrogen gas output. The metal film material is usually high-strength stainless steel (such as 301/304) or titanium alloy, with a thickness of 0.1-0.3mm. Diaphragm static sealing+dynamic elastic deformation solves the problem of hydrogen small molecule leakage. Adopting 2-4 stages of compression and inter stage cooling to reduce temperature and improve efficiency (outlet pressure can reach 45-90MPa). Servo motor or variable frequency drive adjusts oil pressure to match load changes. Low pulsation oil pump reduces diaphragm impact and vibration noise.

Main Structure
Diaphragm compressor structure is mainly composed of motor, base, crankcase, crankshaft linkage mechanism, cylinder components, crankshaft connecting rod, piston, oil and gas pipeline, electric control system and some accessories.
