Main Structure

GV Model Simple Description

Advantages
No leakage: the compressor membrane head is sealed by static "O" ring. The O "ring is made of elastic material, with long service life and no dynamic seal to ensure no leakage during gas compression.

Key Components of a Compressor
1.Compressor Main Unit
The main unit types of compressors include: diaphragm type, piston type, screw type, and liquid-driven type. The main unit comprises the following components: crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder block, cylinder head, and sealing elements.
2.Piping and Cooling System
Common cooling methods for compressors include water cooling or air cooling. Some piston compressors utilize a hybrid approach with gas air-cooling and partial water cooling for the cylinder head. Cooling systems can be custom-designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
3.Power Drive
Compressors are predominantly driven by electric motors (over 90% of applications). In scenarios without electrical power, diesel engines or natural gas engines may be employed. Our company offers custom-engineered engine-driven solutions based on customer specifications and machine models.
4.Electrical Control System
The electrical control system is divided into high-voltage and low-voltage sections:
High-voltage section: Refers to power supply systems with voltages of 220V/380V or higher, primarily used for driving high-power equipment such as motors.
Low-voltage section: Includes controllers, instrumentation, and other low-voltage devices, typically operating at safe voltages of 24V or 36V.
5.Oil Pressure System
The lubrication system is critical for stable compressor operation. It not only lubricates moving components and reduces operating temperatures but also ensures discharge pressure stability in diaphragm compressors, where oil pressure directly governs consistent performance.
