Natural gas Diaphragm compressor is an efficient and leak free compression equipment designed specifically for natural gas, especially CNG (compressed natural gas), LNG regasification, associated gas recovery, biogas purification, and other scenarios. Its core advantage lies in good sealing, 100% oil-free and pollution-free, using multi-layer stainless steel or titanium alloy diaphragms to completely isolate the natural gas chamber from the hydraulic oil chamber, without dynamic seals (such as piston rings and packing boxes), completely avoiding gas leakage or oil contamination infiltration. Suitable for high-pressure and flammable/explosive environments, especially for handling natural gas containing impurities or requiring high purity.
Process Principle
Diaphragm compressor according to the needs of the user, choose the right type of compressor to meet the needs of the user. The diaphragm of the metal diaphragm compressor completely separates the gas from the hydraulic oil system to ensure the purity of the gas and no pollution to the gas. Main Structure
Diaphragm compressor structure is mainly composed of motor, base, crankcase, crankshaft linkage mechanism, cylinder components, crankshaft connecting rod, piston, oil and gas pipeline, electric control system and some accessories.
