Nitrogen Compressor
1. High-purity gas compression
Zero pollution: The design of the diaphragm compressor ensures that the gas is completely sealed between the diaphragm and the cylinder, without contact with lubricating oil or the external environment, and is suitable for compressing high-purity nitrogen (such as electronic grade, food grade, and pharmaceutical grade).
No leakage risk: Metal or composite diaphragms can prevent gas leakage and avoid impurities from mixing.
2. High-pressure capability
Diaphragm compressors can achieve ultra-high pressure (up to 300 MPa or more), suitable for applications requiring high-pressure nitrogen (such as gas boosting, high-pressure testing, CNG filling stations, etc.).
